In 2018, a rough night of food poisoning triggered something in my body that had me reacting negatively to a number of foods for two years. In 2020, I finally started weeding out and reintroducing food groups to locate the problem. The source? GLUTEN!
Since then, I have worked to become more comfortable with this lifestyle and bring my audience gluten-sensitive recipes that are beginner-friendly and as simple as possible.
